Fitbit Customer Suport is Awesome

I have been a fitbit user for a while now and I really like the product. I have what’s now called a fitbit classic. http://www.fitbit.com/user/2256Z4

I emailed to inquire about purchasing another base station, and they’re giving me one. That’s amazing. So amazing that I can’t help but rave about them.

I was so happy with mine that I bought a Fitbit Ultra for my GF and will probably buy one for my Mom for xmas. They have an amazing customer service record. Check out their facebook for more proof, then buy one of their wireless trackers.

  1. How can I get a second base station? I want to have one at work and one at home.

    I just received my fidbit this week and left my base station at work. I may have to drive back to work on Saturday just to get my base station.
